Senior / Lead Business Analyst Asset Management

About the Role

Linnk Group is seeking a Senior / Lead Business Analyst with a strong background in Asset and Investment Management. This contract position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires a mature, analytical professional capable of independently driving analysis from problem definition to implementable solutions. This is a hands-on role focused on leading complex analysis workstreams across business, operations, data, and technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements elicitation, analysis, and management across business, operations, and technology stakeholders.
• Translate complex business needs into clear, implementable business and functional requirements.
• Define business rules, validations, controls, and exception scenarios.
• Perform data requirements analysis and data mapping.
• Define system and integration requirements.
• Conduct impact, dependency, and gap analysis.
• Maintain requirements traceability and manage change control.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Define acceptance criteria, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and lead business validation.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers, vendors, and delivery teams.
• Challenge assumptions and requirements where appropriate; analyze processes and data to identify root gaps and dependencies.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong emphasis on Asset and Investment Management. The role requires a professional who can independently manage analysis workstreams, moving beyond mere requirements documentation to deliver implementable solutions.

Asset Management Domain Expertise

Demonstrated experience in several of the following asset management domains is required:

• Portfolio Management and Portfolio Accounting.
• Investment Operations.
• Order and Trade Lifecycle, including post-trade processes.
• Investment Performance Measurement.
• Investment / Client Reporting.
• Valuation and Net Asset Value (NAV).
• Benchmarks, market data, and investment data.
• Cash, position, and transaction reconciliation.
• Mutual Funds and/or Discretionary Portfolio Management (DPM).

Work Type and Location

This is a contract position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
