  • Coach brokers and agency leaders on positioning Qiddiya consistently and credibly, tailoring narratives by customer segment and addressing common buyer/tenant pushbacks.
  • Facilitate large-scale training events for diverse broker audiences, including Saudi-based, GCC-based, and international partners, adapting delivery style and content as needed.
  • Coordinate with Digital Systems and Learner Experience teams to ensure effective management of broker learning journeys on the Qiddiya digital learning platform, supporting a blended learning model in Arabic and English.
  • Manage training logistics, including scheduling, venue coordination, materials preparation, and post-training assessments for local and international audiences.
  • Act as the primary representative of Qiddiya Real Estate Learn Lab with external broker partners, embodying the professionalism and vision of Qiddiya.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with broker partners at operational and senior levels, fostering trust and long-term commitment.
