About the Role

Advanced Financial Consulting is seeking a Senior Manager Business Development & Real Estate Investment to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to driving the company's growth by leading strategic business development initiatives and overseeing real estate investment activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that support business expansion, attract investment opportunities, and establish strategic partnerships to achieve sustainable growth and maximize investment returns in alignment with the Company's strategic objectives.

Strategic Leadership and Management

This position involves leading and managing the Business Development and Real Estate Investment function. The Senior Manager will develop and implement the overall strategy for these areas, identify growth opportunities and market expansion, and prepare and oversee the execution of annual and operational plans. A key aspect of this role includes leading and developing the team, assigning responsibilities, monitoring work progress, and enhancing overall team capabilities. The role also requires preparing and submitting periodic reports to Executive Management.

Core Responsibilities

• Attract new clients, investors, and strategic partners to foster business growth.
• Develop new business opportunities and increase revenue streams.
• Prepare comprehensive commercial and investment proposals.
• Lead negotiations and finalize contracts and agreements.
• Monitor contract implementation to ensure objectives are achieved.
• Identify, analyze, and evaluate real estate investment opportunities.
• Assess investment projects and provide informed recommendations.
• Oversee the preparation of feasibility studies for investment projects.
• Monitor investment performance to achieve targeted returns.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, real estate developers, and government entities.
• Represent the Company at industry events, such as meetings, exhibitions, and conferences.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient project execution and investment opportunity realization.

Qualifications

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields:

• Business Administration
• Real Estate Management
• Investment
• Finance
• Marketing
• Economics
• Or any other related field

Required Experience and Skills

• Minimum of four (4) years of professional experience in Business Development, Real Estate Investment, or Real Estate Development.
• Proven experience in preparing commercial and investment proposals.
• Demonstrated experience in negotiation and managing client and partner relationships.
• Good knowledge of the Saudi Arabian real estate market, including applicable laws and regulations.
