The Role of Real Estate Investment Manager

As a Real Estate Investment Manager, you will be responsible for leading Wadi Jeddah's real estate investment portfolio. This position is crucial for driving long-term value creation for the company's Innovation & Business District, ensuring investment strategies align with overall company objectives.

Core Investment Focus Areas

The role encompasses several key areas of focus to ensure strategic and successful real estate investments. These include Market Strategy, involving the analysis of market trends and identification of high-potential investment opportunities. It also covers Investment Analysis, where opportunities are evaluated using financial models, feasibility studies, and investment metrics. Further areas include Deal Structuring, leading due diligence, negotiations, and investment structuring for strategic transactions, alongside Project Development oversight to ensure timely and valuable project delivery. Finally, Asset Management focuses on optimizing asset performance, enhancing value, and maximizing returns across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Wadi Jeddah’s real estate investment strategy in alignment with company objectives.
• Analyze Jeddah’s real estate market trends, identify investment opportunities, and negotiate strategic deals.
• Lead investment evaluation, financial analysis, and feasibility studies.
• Lead due diligence processes, including legal, technical, commercial, and regulatory reviews.
• Oversee development execution and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive the activation and commercialization of real estate assets to maximize occupancy and long-term value.
• Build strategic relationships with investors, developers, KAU, and government entities.
• Evaluate investment risks and support informed investment decisions.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in real estate investment and management. The role demands a professional with a proven track record in the key focus areas outlined.

Location and Work Type

This is a full-time position based in the Makkah region, with primary operations in Jeddah and Makkah cities.
