Qiddiya Investment Company is developing entertainment and urban living destinations in Saudi Arabia. The company is seeking a Senior Manager - Development to join its Residential Business Unit in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on creating residential communities.

Role Overview

The Senior Manager - Development will oversee various aspects of residential development, from initial planning through project execution. This role is central to ensuring that residential projects align with quality standards, sustainability principles, and the needs of future residents, reflecting Qiddiya's vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development process for residential projects, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya's strategic goals.
• Engage in feasibility studies, land acquisition, and project planning efforts.
• Supervise project teams and collaborate with architects, contractors, and consultants to ensure timely project delivery.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and risk assessments throughout the development lifecycle.
• Foster relationships with local authorities and stakeholders to facilitate project approvals and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor market trends and best practices to ensure developments meet current and future expectations.
• Deliver project updates and presentations to senior management and other stakeholders, highlighting progress and addressing challenges.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in development.
• Demonstrated expertise in residential development, from planning to execution.

Work Environment

This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within the dynamic Residential Business Unit of Qiddiya Investment Company. The position is full-time.
