The Role: Senior Manager - Development

As a Senior Manager - Development, you will contribute to landmark projects that require long-term vision, rigorous planning, and coordinated delivery across multiple stakeholders and disciplines. This full-time role involves driving major development initiatives from early planning through execution, shaping decisions that influence project direction, delivery strategy, and overall development outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale development projects.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, risks, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors through delivery milestones.
• Conduct feasibility studies and market assessments to support development decisions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and project governance.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 9-12 years of experience managing large-scale real estate or development projects, including mixed-use and large-scale masterplan developments.
• Strong experience with project budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and external delivery partners.
• Experience working closely with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and senior internal decision-makers.
• Hands-on experience with Excel-based financial modeling or reporting platforms such as Power BI.

Work Environment

This role is based in Riyadh, Riyadh Province, and involves working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners across the project lifecycle.
