Senior Manager Google Cloud (GCP)

About the Role

Ejada is seeking a Senior Manager Google Cloud (GCP) to lead the growth, presales, and delivery governance of Google Cloud services and solutions. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and requires 5-10 years of relevant experience. The role focuses on driving business development, achieving revenue and sales targets, and managing strategic relationships with Google Cloud.

Role Purpose

The Senior Manager Google Cloud (GCP) is responsible for overseeing successful cloud transformation initiatives. This position combines strong business leadership with deep Google Cloud expertise to deliver innovative cloud, data, and AI solutions for enterprise customers, ensuring alignment with organizational governance and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve Google Cloud new sales bookings, revenue, and gross profit targets.
• Drive demand generation, account planning, and opportunity development in collaboration with sales and account management teams.
• Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline, ensuring forecast accuracy and opportunity conversion.
• Lead presales activities, including solution architecture reviews, proposal development, effort estimation, pricing, and customer presentations.
• Develop Google Cloud service offerings covering cloud adoption, migration, modernization, data transformation, resilience, and AI enablement initiatives.
• Manage strategic relationships with Google Cloud, including co-selling programs, partner engagement, funding opportunities, and technical enablement activities.
• Oversee delivery governance through delivery managers and technical leads to ensure successful implementations and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor project milestones, commercial dependencies, risks, and customer commitments to support revenue realization and profitability goals.
• Support executive-level customer engagements and strategic business discussions.
• Build and mentor presales and cloud engineering teams while ensuring effective resource utilization.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement across Google Cloud solutions and services.
• Ensure alignment with organizational governance, quality standards, and delivery best practices.

Experience and Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated expertise in Google Cloud (GCP) services and solutions.
• Proven track record in business development, sales, and achieving revenue targets.
• Experience in leading presales activities and managing strategic partnerships.
• Ability to oversee complex cloud transformation initiatives.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a dynamic team focused on delivering advanced cloud, data, and AI solutions to enterprise customers.
