Role Overview

The Senior Manager Residential Marketing is a commercially driven marketing specialist responsible for executing Red Sea Global’s residential marketing strategy across a portfolio of ultra-luxury developments. This role focuses on delivering integrated marketing programs to build brand equity, generate high-quality, prequalified leads, and directly support sales conversion. A key aspect is engaging UHNW and HNW audiences through targeted digital campaigns, premium events, PR, and bespoke content. The position requires close collaboration with Sales, Digital, Events, and other development Marketing teams, as well as external agencies, to ensure marketing activities align with commercial objectives and contribute measurably to revenue performance. This is a hands-on marketing role that combines strategic ownership, collaboration, and execution across the full marketing funnel.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of residential marketing strategies aligned with commercial and brand objectives.
• Develop asset-level marketing plans, positioning, and audience strategies for specific developments.
• Deliver integrated campaigns across digital, web, paid social, content/film, PR, influencer management, print, brochures, and eDMs.
• Partner with the Sales team to ensure marketing generates qualified, CRM-driven leads that support conversion and revenue growth.
• Manage CRM-led lead and offline generation initiatives, ensuring strong data capture, nurturing journeys, and prequalification processes.
• Develop sales enablement materials, including brochures, presentations, digital assets, and branded tools.
• Lead planning and strategy for high-end events, private viewings, roundtables, and experiential activations targeting UHNW/HNW audiences.
• Collaborate with the internal Events team to operationalize and deliver residential marketing events.
• Support PR strategy and execution with the Communications team and external agencies to elevate residential developments globally.
• Lead asset-specific content strategies that inform and create intrigue across channels.
• Work with the Digital team on the execution of digital strategies, performance marketing, and optimization.
• Drive content development for the Red Sea Residences website and digital platforms, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and conversion goals.
• Manage external agencies, including briefing, creative direction, and delivery oversight.
• Oversee jointly branded materials with operator partners, particularly within branded and unbranded residences.
• Manage marketing budgets and procurement, ensuring spend is optimized for ROI and aligned with governance.
• Define KPIs across campaigns, channels, and events with commercial accountability.
• Analyze insights, market trends, and campaign performance to inform future activity.
• Present plans, results, and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Support the Marketing Director in shaping the residential marketing program and managing direct reports.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in a relevant marketing role.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen and ability to align marketing activities with revenue objectives.
• Experience in engaging UHNW and HNW audiences through targeted campaigns and events.
• Proficiency in managing integrated marketing programs across various channels.
• Experience in managing external agencies and marketing budgets.

Work Environment and Travel

This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and operates on a full-time basis. The position may require national and international travel to assist with events and on-site activities.
