About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Execute routine, preventive, and emergency mechanical maintenance in strict accordance with approved policies and procedures.
• Monitor the performance of production units to ensure operation within designated limits and report any observations affecting equipment efficiency.
• Identify necessary tools and equipment for maintenance, assess their readiness, and perform preventive maintenance to ensure continuous availability.
• Organize and store maintenance tools in their designated locations, maintain them properly, and ensure correct disposal of maintenance waste.
• Perform mechanical repair work, including welding, cutting, and refurbishing replaced parts to ensure their readiness and efficiency.
• Comply with all safety procedures before commencing work, including verifying required permits and lockout/tagout forms.
• Undertake any other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.
