TawanTech is seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Administrator to join our team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This is a full-time position focused on the critical task of managing and securing enterprise network infrastructure within dynamic environments.

Role Overview

The Senior Network Administrator will be responsible for the comprehensive design, implementation, security, and maintenance of enterprise network infrastructure. This role ensures high availability, optimal performance, and strict security compliance across various banking and general enterprise environments.

Core Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage enterprise network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, Data Center, Cloud connectivity, SD-WAN, and VPN solutions.
• Configure and maintain network security solutions such as Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW), Intrusion Prevention/Detection Systems (IPS/IDS), Web Application Firewalls (WAF), Network Access Control (NAC), and secure access technologies.
• Manage and troubleshoot enterprise networking technologies from vendors including Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Check Point, and F5.
• Support Security Operations Center (SOC) integration requirements, encompassing SIEM, Network Detection and Response (NDR), log forwarding, NetFlow, and security monitoring.
• Perform network troubleshooting, incident management, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and implement preventive actions.
• Support Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) activities.
• Maintain comprehensive network documentation, diagrams, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and operational procedures.
• Ensure continuous compliance with cybersecurity standards and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in network administration and engineering roles.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills are essential.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and troubleshoot complex network environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within banking or other regulated environments is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of key cybersecurity frameworks and regulations such as SAMA Cybersecurity Framework, NCA ECC, PDPL, and NDMO is preferred.
