We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer to join our growing team. This role is focused on providing world-class network solutions for enterprise customers.

Role Overview

The Senior Network Engineer will be responsible for the deployment, support, and maintenance of complex network infrastructures. This position involves working extensively with Cisco platforms and technologies, contributing to network automation initiatives, and collaborating within multi-vendor environments to ensure robust and efficient network operations for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy and support Cisco Catalyst, Nexus, ISR, and ASR platforms.
• Troubleshoot and maintain routing and switching technologies, including BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, QoS, VRFs, HSRP/VRRP, and VLANs.
• Manage incidents, changes, and root cause analysis across enterprise network environments.
• Produce network design and operational documentation.
• Support SD-WAN (Viptela/Meraki) and SD-Access environments.
• Contribute to network automation initiatives using Python, Ansible, NETCONF/YANG, and REST APIs.
• Work with network monitoring and management tools such as Cisco Catalyst Center (DNAC), ThousandEyes, NSO, and Crosswork.
• Support security and wireless technologies, including ASA/FTD Firewalls and Cisco Wireless solutions.
• Collaborate across multi-vendor environments, including Arista and Juniper networks.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for this Senior Network Engineer position should possess 5-10 years of experience in a relevant networking role. A strong background in Cisco networking technologies and a proven ability to manage complex enterprise network solutions are essential. Proficiency in the specific platforms, technologies, and tools listed under Key Responsibilities is required.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position. The role is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, serving enterprise customers in the region.
