Role Overview: Senior Operative Store Swarovski

Chalhoub Group is seeking a Senior Operative Store for Swarovski in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves carrying out essential warehouse operations, including shipment receiving, checking, order preparation, and dispatching. The Operative is expected to maintain high standards of efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to established procedures within the warehouse environment. Candidates should possess 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform goods receiving functions, including offloading, checking, and put-away of all incoming consignments.
• Execute order preparation tasks such as picking and packing customer orders according to requirements.
• Ensure accurate checking, dispatch, and loading of vehicles against dispatch documentation.
• Carry out value-added services such as scanning, cello wrapping, heat shrinking, and labelling as required.
• Ensure accurate stock replenishment and assist in stock counts, verifications, and other projects as instructed.
• Handle stock carefully and correctly, reporting any defects or damage to supervisors.
• Strictly follow standard processes, procedures, and work instructions.
• Ensure machinery, equipment, consumables, and other resources are used efficiently and maintained.
• Store items in an orderly and accessible manner within warehouses, tool rooms, supply rooms, or other designated areas.
• Maintain a clean and tidy warehouse environment.
• Uphold a high standard of customer service and maintain a cooperative work environment.
• Ensure the department adheres to high standards of health, safety, and environmental performance as per ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
• Report all incidents promptly and accurately to immediate superiors, completing necessary documentation.
• Avoid intentionally or recklessly interfering with or misusing equipment provided for health, safety, or welfare.
• Report damage to equipment, fixtures, fittings, MHE defects, and accidents at work.
