Role Overview

Araamis (أرامس) is seeking a Senior Organizational & Operating Model Consultant for a contract position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is central to the design and development of Target Operating Models (TOMs) and comprehensive organizational frameworks. The consultant will be responsible for assessing current operational states, analyzing identified gaps, and developing robust business processes and organizational structures to achieve specific project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in assessing and analyzing the current organizational state and identifying operational gaps.
• Analyze relevant regulations, policies, and existing organizational frameworks to ensure alignment and best practices.
• Develop comprehensive Target Operating Models (TOMs) tailored to organizational requirements.
• Design organizational structures and clearly define associated roles, responsibilities, and authorities.
• Develop and analyze business process maps and detailed operating procedures.
• Prepare and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Develop and implement operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for performance measurement.
• Facilitate workshops with various stakeholders to gather insights and build consensus.
• Prepare comprehensive project reports and presentation materials for internal and external audiences.
• Support the Project Manager in the preparation and timely delivery of all project deliverables.

Educational Background

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

Required Professional Experience

A minimum of 5 to 10 years of proven experience is required in the design of Target Operating Models (TOMs), organizational structures, and Business Process Reengineering (BPR).

Work Arrangement and Location

This is a contract-based position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role necessitates working on-site to effectively collaborate with project teams and stakeholders.
