About the Opportunity

iHR (International Human Resources) is partnering with a leading national company in Saudi Arabia to recruit an experienced Organizational Development & Entity Establishment Consultant. This is a project-based, part-time role located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, focusing on strategic organizational initiatives. The consultant will play a key role in supporting organizational development and entity establishment projects for the client.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to provide specialized consulting services in administrative organization and entity establishment. The consultant will contribute to designing effective organizational structures, developing governance frameworks, preparing essential policies and procedures, and supporting the successful establishment of new entities in alignment with the client's strategic objectives and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert consulting in administrative organization and organizational development.
• Design and develop organizational structures and job frameworks.
• Lead and support entity establishment projects from a governance and organizational perspective.
• Develop organizational regulations, policies, procedures, and manuals.
• Assess existing organizational structures and recommend improvements.
• Prepare project reports, presentations, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and delivery.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Saudi National.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in administrative organization, organizational development, and entity establishment.
• Proven experience in designing organizational structures, governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
• Strong consulting, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Work Arrangement

This is a part-time, project-based consulting opportunity based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Consultancy fees will be agreed upon directly with the successful candidate, reflecting the scope and duration of assigned projects.
