About the Role

KBR, Inc. is seeking a Senior Planning Manager Saudi National to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position reports directly to the Project Controls Manager and is responsible for the planning, scheduling, and coordination of a major infrastructure programme.

Project Context

The programme involves a significant mixed-use development in Riyadh, aiming to be a global landmark recognized for its unique vision and position as an authentic destination. This community will function as a distinct, self-sustaining hub offering several iconic assets. KBR provides comprehensive Project Management Consultancy services for this initiative, covering project planning, controls, design and engineering management, and the implementation of development and early works packages.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of planners.
• Prepare and maintain the project work breakdown structure and integrated project master schedule.
• Coordinate with Package Managers, Consultants, and Contractors.
• Analyze and report on Consultants' and Contractors' schedules and progress reports.
• Perform critical path analysis of schedules.
• Prepare independent risk analyses of Consultant and Contractor schedules.
• Prepare monthly and weekly reports.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum overall relevant experience of 15 years.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in similar project roles.
• Minimum 5 years of regional experience.
• Professional memberships and charterships are required.
• Sound knowledge of all engineering and commercial aspects of major civil and infrastructure projects.
• Ability to effectively monitor and analyze progress, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions.
