Senior Project Manager

About the Role

Jasara Program Management Company is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle of project delivery. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Riyadh, and requires a professional with over 10 years of experience in project management. The Senior Project Manager will ensure that all construction, engineering, and operational activities are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of project delivery, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, budget compliance, and quality standards.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams, overseeing contractors and consultants.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, project specifications, and company procedures.
• Serve as the primary point of accountability for project performance and stakeholder coordination.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in project management within large-scale construction or development projects.
• Proven track record in delivering building, hospitality, residential, or mixed-use developments.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, construction processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and complex stakeholder environments.

Preferred Certifications

• PMP, PMI-RMP, or equivalent certifications are preferred.
