About the Role

Senna is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is based within a consulting firm and requires a professional capable of leading end-to-end project delivery.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and leading all aspects of assigned project operations. This includes ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with company standards, while maintaining rigorous standards of governance, risk management, and effective stakeholder engagement across all project phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead all aspects of assigned project operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with company standards.
• Coordinate project mobilisation activities and lead the development of project initiation documents, project scope definitions, deliverables, and resource plans.
• Facilitate project progress monitoring throughout all project phases.
• Identify risk areas and structural or immediate obstacles that may impede successful project implementation; take corrective action or escalate as required.
• Manage and review the design and implementation of formal project controls and quality assurance activities to ensure adherence to standards and minimise risk.
• Identify key lessons from past and ongoing projects and translate insights into improvement recommendations to support business case development and maintain project integrity.
• Cooperate closely with stakeholders and project sponsors, and manage the development of communication plans to ensure effective information sharing and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 5 to 10 years of experience in project management. The position requires a proven track record in leading complex projects and managing diverse stakeholder groups, ideally within a consulting environment.
