About the Role

Mirage is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires a seasoned professional to oversee and deliver complex projects, ensuring alignment with the company's high standards for project management.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce and implement the Project Execution Plan, fulfilling the defined role of Senior Project Manager within Mirage's operational framework.
• Deliver a high standard of service that meets Mirage's expectations and is recognized within the project management profession.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in project delivery and implement corresponding action plans.
• Manage projects to achieve quality, program, and budget targets.
• Foster confidence and trust in all interactions with Clients, Operators, and Key Stakeholders.
• Lead and motivate multi-disciplined teams and colleagues.
• Administer Construction Contracts effectively.
• Conduct regular progress updates in collaboration with the Planning Manager.
• Assess and adjudicate Contractor Claims with support from the Planning Manager.
• Facilitate meetings, produce accurate minutes, and drive the achievement of agreed outcomes.
• Oversee the Procurement process.
• Manage Value Engineering workshops.
• Lead Risk analysis workshops.
• Manage the Commissioning and Close-Out phases of projects.
• Compile monthly and other project reports, making informed recommendations.
• Anticipate potential problems and develop proactive mitigation plans.
• Perform other project management duties as assigned by the Director / Project Director.

Qualifications and Experience

• Tertiary qualification (University Graduate) in Project Management, Building Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Architecture, or a similar field.
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in a project management role.
• Proven experience in managing hotel projects through to the delivery phase.
• Demonstrated progressive increase in responsibility throughout a career.
• Experience with relevant projects of an appropriate scale.
• UAE experience is preferred.
• Active membership in a relevant professional institution will be considered an advantage.
