Role Purpose and Scope

The Senior Road Engineer will take a leading role in road supervision activities, ensuring strict engineering compliance across all project phases. This position requires providing comprehensive technical expertise and oversight for the successful execution of significant road and highway developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise road construction and pavement works.
• Review and approve design documents, shop drawings, and method statements.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and authorities.
• Resolve technical challenges and ensure adherence to project specifications.
• Monitor performance of asphalt plants, crushing plants, and field testing labs.
• Ensure timely execution of works according to schedule and quality standards.
• Conduct inspections and provide engineering recommendations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 12–15 years of experience in major road and highway projects.
