About the Opportunity
Adecco is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is for a dynamic and results-driven sales professional with a strong background in luxury interior finishes and related sectors. The role focuses on driving business development and managing client relationships within the Saudi Arabian market.
Role Overview
The Senior Sales Executive will leverage over 15 years of experience in the UAE and GCC markets, specializing in luxury interior finishes, window treatments, soft furnishings, and motorized curtain systems. This role involves working across hospitality projects, residential developments, and commercial fit-out solutions. The successful candidate will manage consultant specifications, contractor relationships, developer accounts, hotel projects, and government tenders, ensuring projects are managed from specification through execution and final handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities with consultants, developers, and contractors.
- Present products and services to potential clients.
- Promote premium curtain tracks, motorized systems, blinds, upholstery, and fabrics.
- Follow up on leads from provided client and project databases to convert opportunities.
- Develop strategic client relationships to consistently exceed annual sales targets.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Must have a minimum of 7 years of experience specifically within the Saudi Arabian market.
- Experience in FF&E Contracting/Procurement, Building Materials, or Interior Products is required.
- Proven track record of exceeding annual sales targets.
Professional Network and Skills
The ideal candidate will possess a strong professional network within the industry, including architects, interior designers, consultants, procurement teams, project managers, and developers. This role requires excellent communication and relationship-building skills to cultivate strategic client partnerships and manage complex sales processes effectively.
