MOZN is seeking a Senior Account Executive Telecom Market to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to driving business growth and expanding MOZN's customer base within the telecommunications sector. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and managing the sales process from initial prospecting through to deal closure.
Role Overview and Strategic Focus
The Senior Account Executive will play a critical role in articulating how MOZN's AI solutions address specific pain points within the Telecom market, leveraging concepts in AI, data, and SaaS. This position requires a solid understanding of the Saudi market and key sectors, particularly telecommunications, to support strategic positioning and planning. The individual will be responsible for communicating the business impact and return on investment (ROI) of AI solutions, linking technology capabilities to strategic client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and MOZN's growth objectives.
- Articulate how AI solutions address Telecom pain points by leveraging AI, data, and SaaS concepts.
- Maintain a solid understanding of the Saudi market and key sectors such as Telecom.
- Stay aware of competitor activity and general market trends to support positioning and planning.
- Share customer insights and feedback with internal teams to help refine products and go-to-market approaches.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline by effectively prospecting and qualifying leads.
- Build technical and business content for proposals, liaising with Pre-Sales Engineers.
- Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and partners.
- Prepare tenders, proposals, and quotations.
- Conduct effective sales presentations, negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions, and manage follow-up activities to win new business.
- Update CRM tools regularly with accurate forecasts, pipeline status, and activity reports.
- Meet quarterly and annual sales targets while maintaining strong follow-up discipline.
- Ensure that sales and business development targets are met.
- Communicate business impact and ROI of AI solutions, linking technology capabilities to strategic outcomes.
- Drive long-term customer satisfaction, contract renewals, and cross-sell/up-sell opportunities through proactive engagement.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and delivery teams to align offerings with customer needs and ensure successful implementations.
- Lead RFP responses and commercial negotiations, ensuring compliance with procurement standards and internal governance.
- Represent MOZN in conferences, webinars, and industry panels to strengthen brand visibility and credibility.
- Attend industry events, conferences, meetings, and networking opportunities to expand professional networks and promote MOZN's offerings.
- Build alliances with consulting firms, system integrators, and technology partners to expand reach and influence.
Required Experience
Candidates for this role should possess 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field, demonstrating a proven track record in business growth and customer base expansion. The position requires expertise in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and leading comprehensive sales processes. A strong background in the Telecom market and an understanding of AI, data, and SaaS solutions are essential.
