About the Role

MOZN, a leading Enterprise AI company headquartered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive business growth within the Telco sector in the KSA market. This full-time position involves expanding our customer base and fostering strong client relationships. MOZN is at an advanced stage of scaling its operations, delivering AI-powered products and solutions locally and globally, and is committed to realizing Vision 2030 by supporting the growth of the tech ecosystem in Saudi Arabia and the GCC region.

Role Overview

The Senior Account Executive will be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and managing the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closing deals. This role requires a deep understanding of the Telco industry and the ability to articulate how AI solutions can address specific pain points within the sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet sales targets and contribute to MOZN's growth objectives.
  • Articulate the value proposition of AI solutions for the Telco sector, leveraging AI, data, and SaaS concepts.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the Saudi market, with a focus on key sectors like Telco, and stay informed about competitor activities and market trends.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through effective prospecting and lead qualification.
  • Develop technical and business content for proposals in collaboration with Pre-Sales Engineers.
  • Cultivate trusted relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and partners within client organizations.
  • Prepare tenders, proposals, and quotations, and conduct effective sales presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions to secure new business.
  • Communicate the business impact and ROI of AI solutions, linking technological capabilities to strategic outcomes.
  • Drive long-term customer satisfaction, contract renewals, and identify cross-sell/up-sell opportunities through proactive engagement.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and delivery teams to align offerings with customer needs and ensure successful implementations.
  • Lead RFP responses and commercial negotiations, ensuring compliance with procurement standards and internal governance.
  • Represent MOZN at conferences, webinars, and industry panels to enhance brand visibility.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand professional networks and promote MOZN's offerings.
  • Build alliances with consulting firms, system integrators, and technology partners to broaden reach and influence.
  • Continuously develop knowledge of AI, digital transformation, and industry trends.
  • Uphold MOZN's core values in all interactions, focusing on delivering positive impact, prioritizing people and customers, striving for excellence, and taking ownership.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 5–10 years of sales experience in the Telco sector, with a preference for experience in AI, Data Analytics, and SaaS solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in consultative and value-driven sales, with a track record of achieving or exceeding revenue goals.
  • Experience in account management and customer success to ensure recurring business and maintain strong client relationships.
  • A strong network within the Telco industry in Saudi Arabia.
