About the Role

MOZN is seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive business growth and expand its customer base within the Telco sector in the KSA market. This full-time position is based in Riyadh. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and managing the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, contributing to MOZN's mission of enabling organizations with AI-powered solutions.

Role Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet sales targets and support MOZN's growth objectives.
  • Articulate how AI solutions address specific pain points within the Telco industry, leveraging AI, data, and SaaS concepts.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Saudi market, with a focus on key sectors like Telco.
  • Monitor competitor activities and general market trends to inform positioning and strategic planning.
  • Share customer insights and feedback with internal teams to contribute to product refinement and go-to-market strategies.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through effective prospecting and lead qualification.
  • Collaborate with Pre-Sales Engineers to develop technical and business content for proposals.
  • Cultivate trusted relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and partners.
  • Prepare tenders, proposals, and quotations.
  • Conduct sales presentations, negotiate contracts and terms, and manage follow-up activities to secure new business.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts, pipeline status, and activity reports within CRM tools.
  • Meet quarterly and annual sales targets while adhering to strong follow-up discipline.
  • Communicate the business impact and ROI of AI solutions, linking technological capabilities to strategic outcomes.
  • Drive long-term customer satisfaction, contract renewals, and identify cross-sell/up-sell opportunities through proactive engagement.
  • Liaise with marketing, product, and delivery teams to align offerings with customer needs and ensure successful implementations.
  • Lead RFP responses and commercial negotiations, ensuring compliance with procurement standards and internal governance.
  • Represent MOZN at conferences, webinars, and industry panels to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand professional networks and promote MOZN's offerings.
  • Build alliances with consulting firms, system integrators, and technology partners to broaden reach and influence.
  • Continuously develop knowledge of AI, digital transformation, and industry trends.
  • Embody MOZN's core values, including delivering positive impact, prioritizing people and customers, striving for excellence, and taking ownership.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 5–10 years of sales experience in the Telco sector, with a preference for experience in AI, Data Analytics, and SaaS solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in consultative and value-driven sales, with a track record of achieving or exceeding revenue goals.
  • Experience in account management and customer success to foster recurring business and strong client relationships.
  • A strong network within the Telco industry.
