About the Senior Enterprise Account Executive FSI Role

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive FSI to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position is focused on generating new business sales revenue through a SaaS license model within a defined set of prospects, territory, or vertical. The successful candidate will contribute to ServiceNow's mission of transforming how organizations work by leveraging our intelligent cloud-based platform.

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture relationships with multiple C-suite personas, including CFO, CIO, COO, and CDO, across all product sales.
  • Oversee client relationship mapping to the account team, orchestrating comprehensive account strategies.
  • Lead and coordinate a broad virtual team, including Solutions Consultants, Solutions Specialists, Success resources, Partners, and Marketing, to achieve sales objectives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their business needs and demonstrating how ServiceNow can support their IT roadmap.
  • Identify and engage appropriate specialist and support resources at critical stages of a deal.

Sales Strategy and Execution

This role requires a strategic approach to sales, encompassing comprehensive account and territory planning. The Senior Enterprise Account Executive will be responsible for researching prospect customers, developing effective business development strategies, and executing field-based sales activities to drive new revenue.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 10 years of sales experience within a software or solutions sales organization.
  • Demonstrated experience in establishing trusted relationships with both current and prospective clients, as well as internal teams.
  • Proven track record of producing new business, negotiating complex deals, and maintaining strong C-Level relationships.
  • Consistent achievement of sales targets.
  • Solid experience selling complex software and business solutions into the BFSI market.

Key Skills and Professional Competencies

  • Experience leveraging or critically evaluating the integration of AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This includes using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
  • Ability to comprehend the broader strategic picture and ServiceNow's plans regarding IT.
  • Experience fostering a customer success focus within a collaborative, "win as a team" environment.
