About the Senior Sales Manager Role

Hilton is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to generating and managing group sales, contributing directly to the delivery of memorable guest experiences and the overall profitability of the hotel.

Role Contribution

The Senior Sales Manager plays a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, cultivating strong client relationships, and executing strategic sales initiatives. This position ensures that sales efforts align with market demands and hotel objectives, directly impacting guest satisfaction and business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and convert new business by researching, prospecting, and qualifying leads through proactive outreach and database mining to achieve and exceed lead generation goals.
  • Build and maintain client relationships, serving as the primary contact for assigned market segments, nurturing existing accounts, and developing new ones to grow room revenue and overall profitability.
  • Develop targeted sales strategies by analyzing hotel and market trends to create and execute business plans and marketing initiatives that capture demand and meet sales objectives.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process, including preparing proposals, conducting site visits, negotiating terms, and securing contracts tailored to client needs while maximizing revenue.
  • Manage booking details by coordinating customer requirements for rooms, food and beverage, and meeting spaces, ensuring accurate and timely entry of account and reservation information into the hotel’s sales management system.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position must possess 5 to 10 years of experience in a sales management capacity, with a demonstrated ability to drive group sales and manage client accounts effectively within the hospitality industry.
