About the Role

Khayira Holding Company is seeking a Senior Sales & Service Engineer for Water & Wastewater Chemicals to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves driving revenue through the promotion and sale of specialty chemicals to domestic and industrial clients, managing the complete sales cycle, and providing essential technical support.

Role Overview

The Senior Sales & Service Engineer will focus on specialty chemicals for applications such as RO, boiler, cooling, and wastewater treatment. The role requires conducting site visits, auditing plants, performing water analysis, troubleshooting systems, and preparing commercial and technical proposals. A strong background in the water treatment industry is essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify new business leads and manage existing accounts to achieve sales targets for chemical products and service projects.
• Conduct site surveys, plant audits, and water analysis to recommend appropriate chemical treatment programs.
• Prepare and present commercial offers, technical proposals, contracts, and quotes to clients.
• Provide on-site troubleshooting for chemical dosing systems and water treatment systems.
• Gather and provide feedback to management on competitive activities, competitor pricing, and market trends.
• Coordinate with technical, engineering, and logistics teams to ensure accurate product delivery and service execution.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in sales and service within the water treatment industry.
• Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle and achieve sales targets.
• Technical expertise in water and wastewater chemicals, including RO, boiler, cooling, and general wastewater applications.
• Proficiency in conducting site visits, plant audits, and water analysis.
• Experience in preparing detailed commercial and technical proposals.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for chemical dosing and water treatment systems.
