About the Senior Sales Specialist Role

Sana Tourism Company, a Saudi Destination Management Company specializing in comprehensive tourism solutions and integrated travel experiences for corporate clients, MICE events, B2B partnerships, and premium leisure travelers, is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and requires a commercially driven and energetic individual to join our expanding team.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage directly with clients through various channels including email, WhatsApp, phone, and social media, employing a personalized approach.
• Develop detailed and accurate, high-quality proposals based on client requirements.
• Execute sales strategies aligned with the company’s vision and growth objectives to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify new market opportunities and industry trends to enhance the company’s market position.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, travel agencies, and tour operators.
• Provide support for the setup of activities and the Saudi Seasons calendar.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Operations teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate sales activity records.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor’s degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Between 2 to 4 years of experience in Tourism, Corporate Travel, or MICE.

Required Skills and Languages

• Professional fluency in both Arabic and English.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and contract management skills.
• A strong professional network within Riyadh is preferred.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role involves close collaboration with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery for a diverse clientele exploring Saudi Arabia.
