About the Sales Specialist Role
Genelle is expanding its commercial team and is seeking an experienced Sales Specialist to drive growth in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position focuses on developing new business opportunities and expanding our client base within the healthcare sector in Jeddah and Makkah. The role offers an attractive commission structure with uncapped earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with clinics, hospitals, medical centers, wellness centers, and other healthcare providers.
- Utilize existing professional networks to generate qualified leads and establish commercial partnerships.
- Present Genelle’s precision health and genetic testing solutions to healthcare professionals and key decision-makers.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clinic owners, physicians, and healthcare executives.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and successfully secure new accounts.
- Provide regular market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback to the team.
Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in medical or healthcare sales within Saudi Arabia.
- A demonstrated history of consistently exceeding sales targets.
- A strong existing network and established relationships with clinics, hospitals, healthcare providers, and medical decision-makers in Jeddah.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Possession of a valid Saudi driving license and a willingness to travel within the region.
