The Role of Senior Software Engineer

Insightix is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, hybrid position that offers flexibility for partial work from home. The role is central to designing, developing, and maintaining back-end software solutions that support Insightix’s social services transformation, empowerment programs, and impact measurement platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Writing clean, scalable code for software solutions.
Implementing APIs and data integrations.
Optimizing system performance to ensure efficiency.
Collaborating with product, data, and consulting teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Conducting code reviews to maintain quality standards.
Mentoring less experienced engineers within the team.
Contributing to architectural decisions for new and existing systems.
Ensuring best practices in security, reliability, and maintainability are followed.
Actively participating in planning sessions, documentation, and continuous improvement of engineering processes.

Work Environment
