We are seeking a Senior Specialist, Ethics & Business Conduct II to join our team in Riyadh.

Role Purpose

This full-time position supports the Business Integrity & Ethics function by managing and conducting independent and objective investigations into allegations of misconduct. The role is central to addressing matters such as fraud, corruption, conflict of interest, abuse of authority, misuse of company resources, and other integrity-related concerns within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and conduct independent and objective investigations into allegations of misconduct, fraud, corruption, conflict of interest, abuse of authority, misuse of company resources, and other integrity-related matters.
  • Assess allegations, gather and analyze evidence, conduct interviews, prepare investigation reports, and document findings and recommendations.
  • Support the implementation of corrective actions following investigations.
  • Implement approved policies, procedures, and actions to ensure an effective compliance program, in collaboration with the Director of Compliance.
  • Provide support for developing new policies, procedures, and programs, and maintain and revise existing ones for the general operation of the Compliance Program.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Risk Management, Internal Audit, and Employee Services, to direct compliance issues to appropriate channels for investigation and resolution.
  • Respond to alleged violations and monitor, record, and coordinate compliance activities of other departments to stay abreast of status and identify trends.
  • Support the development and delivery of ethics and compliance awareness initiatives.
  • Manage compliance and conflict of interest declaration programs, including reviewing and monitoring disclosures.
  • Prepare periodic compliance reports and dashboards, and provide reports on a regular basis, as directed or requested.
  • Promote a strong culture of integrity, ethics, accountability, and compliance across the organization.

Required Experience

  • A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant professional experience.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh.
