About the Role

***** is seeking a Senior Specialist Financial Partnerships in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role supports the company's growth and expansion within the Kingdom. The successful candidate will manage and expand partnerships with Acquiring Banks, APMs, and card networks such as Visa, Mastercard, and MADA, contributing to the development and execution of partnership strategies.

Role Context and Reporting

Reporting to the Head of Financial Partnerships - MENA, this position requires the ability to manage multiple projects and partnerships autonomously. Candidates should possess sufficient payments knowledge and experience, along with a hands-on approach suitable for a fast-growing environment. The role offers an opportunity to contribute to building a world-class payments infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Manage commercial relationships with Acquiring Banks, APMs, and Card Networks (including MADA) to deliver market-leading payment solutions for merchants.

Drive expansion projects across geographies and payment methods in collaboration with internal teams.

Negotiate operational and commercial outcomes for *****, balancing internal and external stakeholder interests.

Ensure adherence to existing processes and fulfillment of deliverables by all parties in a partnership. Design and develop new processes to scale partnerships for growth, efficiency, and performance improvement.

Collaborate with various functions within partner organizations, including relationship management, business development, risk, compliance, product, and operations.

Develop and execute a best-in-class partnership management model, serving as the single point of contact for assigned partnerships.

Utilize payments industry knowledge to develop and execute strategies supporting growth with new products, services, and market segments through partnerships.

Craft and implement commercial agreements and go-to-market strategies with payment partners.

Act as a subject matter expert for internal teams, leveraging knowledge of the payments industry and partner capabilities.

Qualifications and Experience

2-5 years of relevant experience.

Demonstrated knowledge and experience within the payments industry.

Ability to manage multiple projects and partnerships independently.

A proactive and hands-on approach to work.
