About the Role

Red Sea Global is seeking a Senior Specialist - Logistics Centers to join its operations in Riyadh. This full-time position is integral to the efficient functioning of the company's distribution center operations, focusing on optimizing receiving processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.

Company Context

Red Sea Coastal Trading Company, a subsidiary of Red Sea Global, specializes in supply chain and logistics. It supports the delivery of materials, equipment, and services for pioneering regenerative tourism projects across Saudi Arabia. The company provides end-to-end supply chain management, encompassing procurement support, transportation coordination, inventory and warehouse management, and last-mile logistics to remote locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of receiving operations, including the unloading, sorting, and processing of inbound shipments.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of received shipments and update inventory records accordingly.
• Supervise team members, providing guidance to foster efficiency, accuracy, and teamwork within receiving operations.
• Collaborate with other warehouse departments, such as inventory control, warehouse operations, and quality control, to facilitate efficient product receiving.
• Monitor receiving operations to maintain a high level of operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with relevant safety and regulatory requirements within the receiving area.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in distribution center receiving operations, demonstrating leadership capabilities.
• Knowledge of receiving processes, inventory systems, and supply chain operations.
• Experience in a relevant field.
• The role requires 2-5 years of overall experience.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role operates within a distribution center environment, contributing to the broader logistics network of Red Sea Global's ambitious projects.
