About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Systems Engineer for a full-time position in Riyadh. This role focuses on ensuring the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of in-house information systems that support core organizational functions. The Senior Systems Engineer will also be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing networked software and associated operating systems, while mentoring and guiding Systems Engineer staff.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, implement, and operate technologies and services.
Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and customer teams to support service delivery, availability, rapid problem-solving, quality, and service levels.
Identify problem areas and implement strategic solutions in a timely manner.
Oversee major IT projects, including updates, upgrades, migrations, and outages.
Drive improvement and new technologies for infrastructure and development systems and subsystems.
Plan, develop, implement, and operate DevOps and open-source platforms.

Qualifications and Requirements

Saudi national; must have been out of work for at least three months.
Two to five years of relevant professional experience.
A bachelor’s degree is required, with a background in communications engineering or computer science preferred.
Excellent command of English.

Technical Skills

Deployment and operational expertise with Windows OS and server upgrades or migrations.
Very good knowledge of Azure and Microsoft SQL.
Expert Hyper-V skills and VMware implementation, monitoring, and troubleshooting experience.
Knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft System Center 2012/2016 administration.
Exchange experience across versions 2010, 2013, 2016, and 2019, including Exchange 2013-to-2016/2019 upgrades.
Expert knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Azure AD, and listed Microsoft 365 services.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a multi-platform environment.
Experience across the lifecycle of large-scale enterprise architecture projects.
