We are seeking a Senior Technical Office Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province, on a full-time basis.

Role Purpose

The Senior Technical Office Engineer is responsible for comprehensive management of cost control, tendering processes, and contract administration within development projects. This role ensures precise financial coordination, commercial accuracy, and strict adherence to contractual compliance throughout project lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, and tender documents.
• Conduct technical and financial evaluations of contractor quotations.
• Manage contractor payments, invoices, claims, and variation orders.
• Prepare project cash flow forecasts and cost control reports.
• Coordinate effectively between consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Review shop drawings to ensure alignment with project specifications.
• Monitor project budgets and forecast financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with all contractual and cost control procedures.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in a similar technical office engineering role, demonstrating a strong background in cost control, tendering, and contract administration.
