Fisheye - Executive Search is seeking a Service Engineer Critical Care to join their team in Riyadh, Riyadh. This full-time role involves supporting healthcare technology solutions across Saudi Arabia, focusing on the installation, maintenance, and technical support of medical equipment. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.

Role Overview

As a Service Engineer – Healthcare Technology, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction for critical care medical equipment. This involves working closely with healthcare providers, internal teams, and suppliers to maintain equipment reliability, availability, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot medical equipment at customer sites.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Provide timely technical support and resolve customer issues.
• Conduct equipment testing, calibration, and performance checks.
• Support customer training and equipment operation guidance.
• Maintain accurate service reports and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure effective service delivery.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and equipment uptime.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in a service engineering role, preferably within healthcare technology.
• Experience with one or more of the following product categories: Patient Monitoring Systems, Ultrasound Systems, Defibrillators, ICU & Critical Care Equipment, Diagnostic Medical Equipment, Operating Room Equipment, Healthcare Technology Solutions.
• Demonstrated customer-focused approach.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh. The role requires interaction with various stakeholders including healthcare providers, internal teams, and suppliers.
