About the Role

Lucid Motors is seeking a Service Logistics Operations Specialist to manage and optimize end-to-end service logistics operations for OEM spare parts availability across the dealer and service network in Riyadh. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience in service logistics or spare parts operations.

Role Overview

The Service Logistics Operations Specialist - Spare Parts is responsible for ensuring timely inbound and outbound parts flow, effective Vehicle-Off-Road (VOR) management, and compliance with reverse logistics requirements. The primary focus is on maintaining parts availability to maximize vehicle uptime and enhance customer satisfaction, adhering to OEM service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily service logistics activities for OEM spare parts distribution to dealers, body shops, and service centers.
• Coordinate inbound shipments from OEM hubs, regional distribution centers, and local suppliers.
• Ensure efficient outbound delivery of spare parts to meet defined service-level targets and cut-off times.
• Coordinate logistics for Vehicle-Off-Road (VOR), emergency, and critical spare parts to minimize repair lead times.
• Monitor VOR orders, pipeline status, lead times, and delivery performance, escalating issues and implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborate with 3PL warehouses and transportation providers, monitoring their performance against OEM SLAs and operational standards.
• Manage spare parts reverse logistics, including warranty returns, core returns, campaign/recall returns, and defective/damage claims, ensuring proper documentation and traceability.
• Ensure spare parts logistics operations comply with OEM policies, SOPs, audit standards, and regulatory requirements, including HSE and transportation safety.
• Track and analyze spare parts logistics KPIs such as on-time delivery (OTD), VOR fulfillment time, and damage/shortage rates.
• Prepare operational reports for management and OEM stakeholders, identifying operational gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Participate in spare parts logistics optimization initiatives and support new vehicle model launches and service campaigns from a logistics perspective.
• Work closely with Aftersales, Demand Planning, Warehouse/3PL, Customs, and Dealer Operations teams, acting as a key contact for dealer logistics issues.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in service logistics or spare parts operations, preferably within an automotive OEM or authorized distributor environment.
• Strong understanding of automotive spare parts flows, VOR processes, and dealer service requirements.
• Experience coordinating with 3PLs, freight forwarders, and transport providers.
