About the Role
Awad Badi Nahas Trading Co. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Spare Parts Supervisor to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Jeddah, within the Makkah region, playing a crucial role in our spare parts operations.
Role Summary
The Spare Parts Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of spare parts management, from inventory control and procurement to sales and customer service. This position involves direct supervision of team members, strategic management of supplier relationships, and ensuring the operational efficiency and profitability of the spare parts department.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of inventory levels for all spare parts.
- Generate and manage procurement lists for required parts.
- Oversee the sales process for manufactured parts to customers.
- Supervise and resolve issues related to parts shipments.
- Lead and manage team members, including effective task delegation and performance oversight.
- Manage and oversee all parts replacement procedures.
- Identify and evaluate new suppliers to enhance product quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Resolve discrepancies and inconsistencies across all purchase orders.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns for spare parts sales.
- Ensure the delivery of excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly and annual spare parts sales reports.
- Ensure strict adherence to all company policies and regulations.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of working experience as a Parts Manager or in a similar supervisory role within the sales industry.
Work Type and Location
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Jeddah, Makkah. The role requires daily presence at the company's facilities to ensure effective oversight of spare parts operations and team management.
