About the Service Parts Advisor Role
Lucid Motors is seeking a Service Parts Advisor to support service and parts operations in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on ensuring the timely availability and accurate supply of spare parts, contributing to a high-quality customer experience through efficient parts handling and coordination with service teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Recommend appropriate parts based on customer or technician needs and ensure a high level of customer service.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide quotations, and check parts availability.
- Monitor stock levels to ensure optimal inventory availability and identify parts requiring replenishment.
- Track lost sales and report inventory gaps for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of parts movement and stock.
- Process local and international parts orders according to company procedures, including handling special orders and prepayments.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors and Technicians regarding parts requirements and track parts status for timely delivery.
- Utilize DMS/CRM systems for part number searches and transaction management.
- Ensure accurate documentation of all parts transactions and manage warranty or returned parts as per policy.
- Monitor bin locations and maintain proper storage standards.
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates should possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Automotive, Business, or a related field. The role requires 2-5 years of experience in automotive parts or aftersales operations. A strong understanding of automotive parts and systems is essential, along with prior experience using ERP/DMS systems.
