About the Parts Adviser Role

Mhero KSA, a division of Arabian Frontier Motors, is seeking a dedicated Parts Adviser to join their team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires a proactive individual with strong automotive parts knowledge and a commitment to excellent customer service. The role involves supporting workshop and retail operations by ensuring the efficient supply and management of vehicle parts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers and service advisors in identifying and supplying correct vehicle parts.
  • Provide accurate information on pricing, availability, and product details.
  • Monitor inventory levels and process parts requests to ensure stock availability.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse team to maintain accurate stock records and minimize shortages.
  • Prepare quotations and process sales orders, coordinating with suppliers for timely delivery.
  • Follow up on backorders and communicate order status to customers.
  • Utilize electronic parts catalogs (EPC) and dealer management systems for accurate part identification.
  • Maintain documentation for transactions, warranties, and inventory movements.
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and display of parts according to company standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, supporting stock counts and audits.
  • Record parts sales, inventory transactions, and customer requests accurately.
  • Adhere to company policies, operational procedures, and manufacturer standards.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Must be a Saudi National, aligning with MHERO KSA's localization strategy.
  • Possess 2-4 years of experience in automotive parts operations, such as a Parts Adviser or in automotive spare parts sales, preferably within a dealership.
  • Experience with Chinese automotive brands is considered a strong advantage.

Essential Skills and Attributes

  • Strong product knowledge and meticulous attention to detail for accurate part identification and documentation.
  • A customer-focused and service-oriented approach to build positive relationships and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English for effective communication.
  • Organized and proactive, capable of managing multiple requests and prioritizing tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment and Type

This is a full-time position based in Saudi Arabia. The role operates within a dealership setting, requiring collaboration with service advisors, technicians, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operational flow.
