About Al Ghurair
Al Ghurair is seeking a dedicated and experienced Parts Advisor to join its team in Dammam, located in the Eastern region. This is a full-time position within a dynamic environment, contributing to the efficient operation of parts management and customer service.
The Role of a Parts Advisor
The Parts Advisor plays a crucial role in supporting both retail and workshop customers by assisting them in selecting the correct vehicle parts. This position is central to maintaining accurate inventory control and ensuring the availability of parts to meet operational demands and customer needs effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Arrange and manage parts for customer vehicles, catering to both repair order and retail customer requirements.
- Prepare stock orders based on parts movement data to ensure optimal inventory levels.
- Generate and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on parts operations and stock status.
- Maintain an accurate inventory system, including ordering parts for workshop and retail customers.
- Process billing for parts onto repair orders and conduct monthly inventory reconciliation.
- Implement and adhere to 5'S methodology for workplace organization and standardization.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and efficient service.
- Implement and comply with all systems and procedures as outlined by company policy.
Required Experience
Candidates for this position should possess a strong background in parts management or a similar automotive role. A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is required to effectively manage the responsibilities of this role.
