About the Role

alfanar Group is seeking a ServiceNow Scrum Master Sr. Consultant to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role is central to driving Agile and Scrum practices across IT and digital transformation initiatives, aiming to enhance delivery effectiveness and organizational Agile maturity.

Role Purpose and Impact

The primary purpose of this position is to lead the adoption and implementation of Agile and Scrum methodologies within various projects and transformation initiatives. The consultant will be instrumental in fostering high-performing teams, promoting continuous improvement, and increasing the overall Agile maturity of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the adoption and implementation of Agile and Scrum methodologies across projects and transformation initiatives.
• Introduce Agile practices, frameworks, tools, and standards to improve delivery effectiveness.
• Establish and maintain Scrum processes, guidelines, and ways of working.
• Support teams transitioning to Agile and drive continuous improvement.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure effective execution of Sprint activities.
• Monitor sprint progress, backlog delivery, capacity, risks, dependencies, and impediments.
• Partner with Product Owners and delivery teams on backlog management, prioritization, and refinement.
• Ensure delivery progress, risks, and issues are transparent to stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience
