Role Overview

Takamol Holding is seeking a Services & Data Solutions Senior Director to lead its Service & Data Solutions vertical. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires a leader capable of aligning strategies with executive direction and the organization's overarching goals. The Director will be instrumental in driving solution proposals, fostering strategic partnerships, and ensuring the successful delivery of key projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Service & Data Solutions vertical, ensuring strategic alignment with EVP direction and Takamol's objectives.
• Drive the development of solution proposals, support responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and build strategic partnerships to expand opportunities in socio-economic projects.
• Ensure smooth operations and successful delivery of projects, maintaining high quality, client satisfaction, and adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Provide actionable insights through advanced data analytics to inform strategic decisions and product roadmaps.
• Integrate new technologies and digital innovations to continuously improve service delivery, customer experience, and overall competitiveness.
• Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams, including project managers, data scientists, solution architects, and product managers, fostering innovation and technical excellence.
• Oversee the full lifecycle, development, and monetization of data-driven products and services, such as platforms, analytics dashboards, and AI tools.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Proven track record in product development, pre-sales, and the successful delivery of large-scale projects within socio-economic contexts.
