About the Role

Leylaty Group is seeking a dedicated Shawarma Chef to join our culinary team in Riyadh. This full-time position is responsible for preparing high-quality shawarma and related menu items within a dynamic restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will ensure consistent taste, proper food preparation, and excellent presentation, while strictly adhering to hygiene and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook chicken and/or meat shawarma according to established company recipes and standards.
• Execute marinating, slicing, and grilling of meats using appropriate techniques.
• Maintain consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation of all shawarma dishes.
• Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation is maintained throughout shifts.
• Monitor the quality and freshness of all ingredients used in food preparation.
• Adhere strictly to all food safety and HACCP standards.
• Assist with stock management and report any ingredient shortages promptly.
• Work efficiently during peak operational hours while consistently maintaining food quality.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience as a Shawarma Chef or in a comparable culinary role.
• Strong knowledge of Middle Eastern cuisine and grilling techniques.
