The Role of Shift Engineer

The Ritz-Carlton in Riyadh is seeking a Shift Engineer to join its full-time team. This role is central to upholding the brand's "Gold Standards," which serve as the foundational principles guiding daily operations and service delivery. The Shift Engineer will contribute to ensuring these standards are consistently and thoughtfully applied within the property environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the gracious and thoughtful delivery of The Ritz-Carlton's "Gold Standards" in all aspects of daily work.
• Contribute to maintaining the high level of luxury service and guest comfort that defines the brand.
• Actively learn and exemplify the core components of the Gold Standards, including the Employee Promise, Credo, and Service Values.
• Support a work environment that values creativity, thoughtfulness, and compassion among associates.

Qualifications and Experience
