Site Engineer

About the Role

AREEB is seeking a Site Engineer to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position is open to candidates with 0-1 years of experience, including fresh graduates with relevant internship or project experience. The role offers a salary range of SAR 8,000 to 10,000 per month.

Role Overview

The Site Engineer supports the daily execution of site activities, ensuring work is conducted safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements. This position involves assisting in the coordination of site operations, monitoring progress, and supporting project teams to achieve quality and schedule objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising daily site activities and ensure work adheres to project plans and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Monitor site progress and report any issues or delays to the Senior Site Engineer or Project Manager.
• Support site inspections and ensure work complies with quality standards and project specifications.
• Coordinate material deliveries and site resources to support construction activities.
• Prepare and maintain daily site reports, progress updates, and project documentation.
• Assist in resolving day-to-day site issues and support the timely completion of project milestones.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related engineering discipline.
• 0-1 years of experience in construction, site engineering, or project execution. Fresh graduates with internship or project experience are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of construction drawings, site coordination, and construction processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with AutoCAD is an advantage.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
