About the Role

Raissy Trading and Contracting Company is seeking a highly experienced Site Manager Electrical (OHTL) to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is critical for the successful execution and management of Overhead Transmission Line (OHTL) projects, ensuring adherence to stringent safety, quality, and timeline standards.

Role Overview

The Site Manager Electrical (OHTL) holds overall responsibility for the complete lifecycle of OHTL projects, from initial mobilization through to final handover. This involves comprehensive oversight to ensure all project phases are completed safely, to the required quality specifications, and within the stipulated timeframe, in full compliance with Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) standards and specific project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all construction activities related to OHTL projects, from mobilization to project handover.
• Lead site teams and coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Supervise critical construction phases, including foundation work, tower erection, conductor stringing, OPGW installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Ensure strict compliance with SEC standards, project specifications, quality assurance protocols, and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements.
• Prepare and review project schedules, progress reports, and resource planning documentation.
• Handle all SEC technical submissions, inspections, approvals, and project close-out documentation.
• Coordinate material approvals, Work Inspection Requests (WIRs), Material Inspection Requests (MIRs), Requests for Information (RFIs), method statements, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and as-built submissions.
• Resolve site technical issues promptly to ensure timely project completion.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in Overhead Transmission Line (OHTL) projects, specifically involving 132kV, 230kV, and 380kV systems.
• Previous approval as a Site Manager by the Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) is mandatory.

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of SEC standards, submission procedures, and approval processes.
• Proven experience in OHTL construction, testing, commissioning, and project handover.
• Demonstrated strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.
