Site Manager (Electrical)

About the Role

Larsen & Toubro is seeking a Site Manager (Electrical) to oversee electrical construction for 380kV Transmission Line (TL) projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires a professional with extensive experience in high-voltage transmission line projects, ensuring all work adheres to SEC standards and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all electrical construction activities for 380kV TL projects.
• Plan and monitor site execution, including manpower, materials, equipment, and daily progress.
• Coordinate effectively with SEC, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Ensure all works comply with SEC standards, approved drawings, specifications, and project procedures.
• Supervise construction, installation, and all other TL-related activities.
• Monitor the project schedule, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions to achieve project milestones.
• Review drawings, method statements, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and other technical documents prior to execution.
• Manage subcontractors to ensure productivity, quality, safety, and timely completion of their scope.
• Coordinate with Civil, Protection & Control, Planning, QA/QC, HSE, and Procurement teams.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure the proper closure of all technical and construction issues.
• Prepare comprehensive progress reports and provide regular updates to the Project Manager and senior management.
• Ensure strict compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements, aiming for zero-incident project execution.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor of Technology (** or Bachelor of Engineering ( in Electrical Engineering.
• A minimum of 12-15 years of experience in electrical construction, with a proven track record in 380kV Transmission Line (TL) projects.
• Must possess valid SEC approval (Client Approval).

• Proficiency in project planning, progress monitoring, and corrective action implementation.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills with various stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring active on-site presence and management of construction activities.
