Social Media Associate (Service Provider)

Endeavor is seeking a bilingual (Arabic/English) Social Media Associate to support its marketing team as a service provider. This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and focuses on managing and expanding the organization's digital presence. The associate will contribute to the planning, development, and execution of monthly content calendars across various social platforms, alongside hands-on content creation and gathering during key events. Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

The Social Media Associate will undertake a range of responsibilities, including:

• Plan and execute monthly content calendars for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and X, ensuring alignment with campaigns and key events.
• Develop creative content, including static images, videos, Reels, and Stories, maintaining brand tone and voice, and coordinating design with the Graphic Designer.
• Manage daily posting schedules, community engagement, and monitor analytics to track growth and performance across platforms.
• Create and maintain a monthly content development and gathering plan, covering team stories, founder features, and live events.
• Attend key events and activations to capture real-time content, including photos, videos, and live coverage, coordinating with photographers and videographers as needed.
• Collect quotes, insights, and behind-the-scenes material for post-event storytelling.
• Maintain and update Endeavor’s website blog, ensuring it highlights thought leadership, event pages, and organizational insights consistent with social media activity.
• Write, edit, and publish high-quality blog articles and updates that reflect Endeavor’s expertise and impact.
• Write compelling captions, stories, and short-form content in both Arabic and English, adapting tone per platform and audience.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, guidelines, and visual identity, collaborating with design and other departments for cross-functional campaigns.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should meet the following criteria:

• 2-5 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or a related marketing field.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English, with strong copywriting skills in both languages.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and execute content calendars across multiple social media platforms.
• Experience with content creation (static, video, Reels, Stories) and managing design processes.
• Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools (*, Buffer, Later).
• Ability to attend and cover live events, capturing real-time content.
• Experience in maintaining and updating website blogs and publishing articles.

Work Arrangement and Contract Details

This is a remote or hybrid service provider position, requiring availability from 9 AM to 5 PM (GMT +3) to align with team schedules. The role necessitates attendance at key events. The expected work delivery is 45 hours per week under a yearly service contract, which is renewable. The compensation for this role ranges from 900 to 1500 USD per month.
