Victoria Group is seeking a Social Media & Content Specialist for Instagram. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and focuses on managing and developing Instagram accounts for the company's luxury chocolate, events, and catering and hospitality businesses.

Role Overview

The Social Media & Content Specialist will be responsible for creating and executing content strategies across multiple Instagram accounts. This role requires a professional with a marketing mindset and a focus on driving engagement and achieving marketing objectives through social media.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop monthly content plans and manage publishing calendars for Instagram accounts.
• Generate engaging content ideas and write copy tailored to specific brands and target audiences.
• Design posts and Stories, and coordinate the production of visual content.
• Analyze account performance data to refine content and improve reach, engagement, and progress toward marketing objectives.
• Utilize AI and workflow automation tools to enhance efficiency while maintaining content quality and brand consistency.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated experience in managing Instagram accounts and creating content, supported by a portfolio showcasing results.
• Strong Arabic copywriting and design skills, with a developed visual aesthetic.
• Practical understanding of content distribution, organic engagement strategies, and performance analytics.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities, with a proven capacity to meet publishing and delivery deadlines.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, focusing on social media management for luxury brands within the Victoria Group portfolio.
