About the Role

Everhires is seeking a Software Sales Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on driving sales growth for our technical products and software solutions by analyzing market trends and identifying client needs. The specialist will serve as a bridge between technical specifications and commercial strategy, ensuring client success through expert advice and product demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct sales outreach and manage client meetings to generate interest in software solutions, hardware, and IT services.
• Prepare and deliver commercial presentations and live software demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet individual targets and team revenue goals.
• Respond to tender documents (RFPs/RFQs) and draft detailed technical and commercial proposals.
• Represent the business at industry trade shows and field-specific events to market and promote company products.

Client Consultation and Support

• Communicate directly with clients to analyze business needs and recommend optimal technical solutions.
• Provide consultative advice on the installation, feature set, and application of computer systems, networks, and software.
• Troubleshoot initial hardware/software inquiries and collaborate with specialized technical teams for complex issues.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving software systems, technical devices, and market innovations.

Market Analysis and Operations

• Monitor market developments, competitor activities, and supply-and-demand trends across target demographics.
• Adapt sales strategies to diverse client bases, considering socio-cultural and geographical factors.
• Organize daily, weekly, and monthly sales schedules to optimize productivity.
• Generate periodic sales reports and forecasts for management.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in IT or software sales. The role requires a results-driven individual with a strong understanding of technical products and software solutions.
